How do I get paid?

+

Payments are processed via PayPal or Bank Transfer, depending on your preference. Payouts are initiated once your balance reaches the minimum threshold of $50, and you’ll receive a notification when your payment is sent.

Is there a minimum payout amount/threshold?

+

Yes, the minimum payout threshold is $50. Once your account balance reaches this amount, payouts are automatically processed based on your selected payment method. You can check your current balance and payment history in the dashboard.

How are royalties processed?

+

Royalties are processed monthly, based on reports received from digital streaming platforms (DSPs). Once we receive the data, we calculate your earnings and update your balance in the dashboard. Payments are made according to your preferred method once the minimum payout threshold is met.

How do splits work?

+

Splits allow you to share royalties automatically with collaborators. You can assign percentages for each collaborator when submitting your release. Our system tracks the earnings and distributes them accordingly, ensuring everyone gets their fair share. This feature is completely free for all our clients.

+

We distribute to all major platforms, such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Deezer, Amazon Music, TikTok and many more. You can check a complete list of the stores we deliver to here.

Which file formats are supported?

+

We support WAV files (16-bit, 44.1 kHz) for audio uploads. Ensure your file is properly mastered and free of distortion or clipping. MP3 and other lossy formats are not accepted.

Which assets are required for distribution?

+

You’ll need the following assets:

  • A high-quality audio file in WAV format (16-bit, 44.1 kHz).
  • Cover artwork (3000x3000 pixels, JPEG/PNG, RGB, no text violations).
  • Accurate metadata, including artist name, release title, and genre.
  • Optional: Lyrics file (for platforms that support it).

What are the guidelines for metadata and artworks?

+

Metadata should be accurate and consistent, adhering to platform rules.
For artworks, ensure no URLs, social media handles, or explicit content is included. Use high-resolution images in RGB color mode for the best results.
You should own the artwork you upload or have the necessary authorization from the copyright holders.

Can I release music on a specific date?

+

Absolutely. You can set a custom release date when submitting your music. For the best results, we recommend uploading your release at least two weeks in advance to ensure all platforms process your submission without delays.

How long does it take for my music to go live?

+

We review the submitted material within 2 business days to ensure everything meets platform requirements. Typically, it takes 5–7 business days for your music to go live on most platforms. However, we recommend submitting your release at least two weeks in advance to account for any potential delays.
