• Whether you apply through our form or create an account directly, your account must be reviewed and activated by a SoundBloom administrator.
• Only accounts with approved and activated status may publish or distribute music using our platform.
• We reserve the right to deny approval or decline activation for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Incomplete or inaccurate application/registration information
• Violation of our content guidelines or eligibility requirements
• Previous violations of our terms of service
• Legal or regulatory concerns
• Insufficient documentation for business verification

The approval and activation process typically takes 2-5 business days after receiving complete information. You will be notified via email once your account status is updated.

4. Business Use

• SoundBloom currently supports accounts for artists and labels.
• If you are creating an account on behalf of an entity (e.g., label or group), you confirm you are authorized to represent and bind that entity to these terms.
• Business accounts may have additional requirements and verification processes.
• You must provide accurate business information, including legal entity details where applicable.
